Ralph L. Carr Judicial Complex Denver CO
The Ralph L. Carr Judicial Complex is the State of Colorado's new justice center located in the middle of downtown Denver. This complex consists of two buildings that are linked together. The courthouse building is a 4-story, 150,000 sq ft. building for the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. The 12-story, 450,000 sq ft. office tower will house the Department of Law including the State Attorney Generals office, the public defenders office, the court administrator, and many others. This project also includes a new secure 325-space parking garage.

independent living units
• A two-story common area that includes formal dining areas, a

The new Eastside Human Services facility (located at 3815 Steele Street; Denver, CO 80205) is 51,000 square feet, sits on a 4.7 acre lot and is built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standards. It is water and energy efficient with Under Floor Air Distribution and Natural Ventilation.
Colorado National Guard Windsor Readiness Center
The $9.8 million facility is located on a 17-acre site with military
vehicle parking and vehicle wash bay and a 31,000 sf primary
facility with assembly hall, learning center, kitchen, vehicle
maintenance training bays, vaults and physical fitness area.
Targeting LEED Silver/Gold certification scheduled to open in
September 2012.

Construction started in May 2007 on Denver's newest high-rise being built in the Central Business District in over 24 years. The high-rise will be one of the tallest residential development from Las Vegas to Chicago at 41 stories. The units will feature floor to ceiling exterior glass walls with unobstructed views over the Colorado Convention Center to the Southwest of the Rocky Mountain Range.
Spire will feature ground floor retail, eight-stories of parking and 33-stories are reserved for residential. There will be 503 residential units and an additional 602 covered parking spaces will be added to the CBD.
